The officer caught up to the vehicle at a red light, queried the plate and learned that it was reported stolen. The officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the driver of the vehicle refused to stop and took off heading back outbound on Bayers Road.

The vehicle was pursued out the Bi-Hi until it exited at Duke Street in Bedford. When the vehicle reached Rocky Lake Drive the pursuit was discontinued.
