Subway Resto Robbed

Police have one in custody after a daytime robbery at a Dartmouth fast food restaurant on Saturday.

A man entered the Subway Restaurant -41 Portland St, Dartmouth at 410 pm, armed with a knife and fled on foot with a quantity of cash. He is described as a short over weight male, with stubble on face, mid 40’s noticeable bald spot on head, wearing jacket and jeans. No injuries occurred during robbery. An undisclosed amount of cash was take.

A suspect was located in the vicinity, he is currently in police custody, Integrated HRP/RCMP General Investigative Section are continuing the investigation.
