Police arrested a male and are looking for a second individual after a B&E attempt early this morning.
On Jan 31 / 2012 at approximately 1:36 AM members of the Halifax Regional Police received information of a Break & Enter in progress at the Superstore Gas Bar located at 3601 Joseph Howe Dr. in Halifax. Upon arrival at the scene members located and arrested one male adult party from the Halifax area. The accused is being held for court in the morning and will be facing charges for attempt break & enter, possession of break – in tools and a several breaches of a court order. A second party believed to be involved in the incident remains at large at this time.
