Support + Free Chocolate

I mentioned on Sunday that there would be two giveaways this week.  A wonderful, calorie friendly, chocolatey treat could be yours.  Open to all North American readers!….full details at end of this post.

Once again, the support from out blogging community has really amazed me.  I got so many wonderful comments yesterday, some actually made me tear up.  I really can’t thank you all enough.  I know that I will get there eventually and I know that I really run the half and be proud of the fact that I completed it, regardless of my time.  I got home last, organized the kitchen, cooked us a decent supper and relaxed.  It was nice.  I had time to think about what I want and what I’m going to do to make that happen.  I also had time to think about how I can better organize my life so that I’m not so stressed.  Obviously, it can happen I just need to fine tune my schedule a bit. 😉

Supper was a pasta dish.  Whole wheat penne tossed in pasta sauce with crumbled Italian sausage, broccoli & onions.  Sprinkled with shredded cheese.

Served with a fun POM Spritizer.

3.  We’ve decided to hold off on the Old Orchard Beach trip and instead focus on renovating the house. Vacation time is still booked so we’re thinking about going away some place closer to home. Maybe PEI or Cape Breton.  I am kind of disappointed but it’s the best decision because I do want this house to feel like a home and the only way to that is to sink money into it.
