Suspect photo released in this morning’s suspicious package incident

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect in today’s suspicious package investigation.

At approximately 9:50 a.m. officers responded to a report of a suspicious package in Grand Parade. By 11:30 a.m., it was determined that the package was a hoax improvised explosive device.

Video evidence has determined the person responsible is a white man with a dark beard. He was wearing a large navy puffer coat with a fur hood, a navy hat and navy pants.
