A man was taken to the QE2 after being shot in his home yesterday.

At 0057 am Halifax Regional Police responded to a residence on Conner Lane, Halifax, a male in his mid twenties had been shot in the leg. Victim and witness were in the apt when the suspects were let into the apt and shot at the victim in the leg. Suspects fled the area on foot. Suspect description :  light skinned black male, 6'0, 25 yrs old, black hoodie, black hat.
2nd suspect – male, no hoodie, glasses.

Victim was transported to the QE 2 he was treated and released. No weapon as been recovered.
GIS and FIS attended the scene and continued the investigation.
