At 10 a.m. a caller contacted Halifax Regional Police advising he observed a vehicle described as a blue/green Toyota Rav 4 on Gaston Road (Dartmouth) at about 8:30 a.m. with the driver appearing to be taking a video of young children. The man in the vehicle took off when approached by the caller. The driver was described as a white male, about 30-years-old, dark brown hair, facial scuff, 170-180 lbs. He was the only occupant of the vehicle. The caller stated about a half hour later he observed the same vehicle/male parked at the end of Lakefront Road taking more video of children. Anyone with further information is asked to contact police.
