The crane is up for the 18 storey apartment building at the corner of Robie and Demone St. in North End Halifax. This is the former site of Tom MacDonnell's service garage.

The crane is up for the 18 storey apartment building at the corner of Robie and Demone St. in North End Halifax. This is the former site of Tom MacDonnell’s service garage.

There will be commercial space on the ground level, office space on the second level and the rest will be residential. This is the first of many projects in the area that will be starting over the next two years.
