The Preston Stetsons & Spurs Youth Program is now recruiting new members.
The program is designed to expose youth to the vast policing (and first responders) professions while building relationships between youth and the RCMP. Youth members will have opportunities to develop discipline and leadership skills. They will participate in drill, parades, youth police camp and much more. Interested youth must be in junior or senior high at the time of registration (Grade 7-12).
The Preston Stetsons & Spurs Youth Program meets bi-weekly on Thursday evenings at 6:30 pm at the East Preston Family Resource Centre, 1900 Hwy 7, East Preston (Home Base). Throughout the year, there will be meetings and events held off-site, within community and/or in conjunction with other Stetsons & Spurs groups throughout HRM.

6 pm -7 pm – FOR RETURNING MEMBERS
7 pm -8 pm – FOR NEW MEMBERS
Registration is limited to the first 15 youth who apply.
In order to register, a parent or legal guardian must be in attendance with the youth.
