RCMP have sadly confirmed that he was located deceased by GSAR members.

Halifax District RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing four year old boy: Nicolas BAKER. He was last seen at approximately 21:50 hrs at the residence of his grandparents in the Elmsvale area. BAKER is described as having short brown hair and was wearing a pair of jeans. He may not have been wearing a short at the time he was last seen. (see attached photo)
Police are concerned for Baker’s safety. If anyone happens to see or locate anyone matching this description please call the nearest police department or the Halifax District RCMP at 902-490-5020.
