Queens District RCMP is requesting public assistance in two recent thefts where a total of 1200 pounds of lobster was stolen. The thefts occurred in the early morning of December 23 and January 1 from the lobster pounds on Long Cove Rd.
In the theft that occurred on December 23, the suspect may have used a small boat that was pulled up on shore near the pound.
