From HRP:
Halifax Regional Police made a third arrest in the Devon Sinclair Marsman homicide.
Yesterday, at approximately 10:15 a.m., investigators with the HRP/RCMP Integrated Major Crime Unit arrested 23-year-old Emma Maria Meta Casey in Dartmouth. Casey is charged with:
- Accessory after the fact to murder
- Indignity to human remains
- Obstructing justice
Emma Casey will appear in Halifax Provincial Court today to face charges.
The investigation is ongoing and further arrests are anticipated.
The human remains that are believed to be Devon Sinclair Marsman’s continue to be with the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service for identification. Further updates will be shared when that work is complete.
Investigators believe there are people who have information who have not yet spoken to police. Anyone with information about Devon Sinclair Marsman’s homicide is asked to call police at 902-490-5020.
