Thursday, Aug. 6, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that beginning tonight and continuing until Saturday, Aug. 8, crews will be doing overnight road work on Thistle Street in Dartmouth.
Work to reconstruct the street between Victoria Road and Wyse Road will begin each night at 8 p.m. and continue through until about 6 a.m. the next day. There will be stop-and-go traffic while this work is underway.
Motorists should expect delays in the area and are encouraged to use alternative routes, if possible. The municipality regrets any inconvenience this work may cause.
