Three men face charges after a drug search in Halifax over the weekend

At 7:41 p.m. on November 25, in response to ongoing public complaints and following an investigation, officers in the Special Enforcement Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division executed a search warrant at 2411 Agricola Street. Officers seized a quantity of marijuana, edible cannabis products, hash, a quantity of cash and drug paraphernalia. Three men were arrested at the scene without incident.

A 25-year-old man and a 36-year-old man, both of Halifax, and a 31-year-old man from Dartmouth, are facing one count each of possession for the purpose of trafficking in marijuana and possession for the purpose of trafficking in hash. They were released and are scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court on February 13, 2018 to face these charges.
