The Nova Scotia Securities Commission has issued temporary cease trade orders against the following companies:
— Celtic Tiger Minerals Exploration Inc.
— The Cape Breton West Wind Field Inc.
— Valley Funeral Home Co-operative Ltd.
The companies violated Nova Scotia securities laws by not filing continuous disclosure documents. Cape Breton West Wind Field Inc., and Valley Funeral Home Co-operative Ltd., are Nova Scotia community economic development corporations. Celtic Tiger Minerals Exploration Inc., is a reporting issuer.
The director of corporate finance has ordered people and companies to stop trading securities. The companies have until Sept. 21, to file all documents to avoid a permanent cease trade order.
