Traffic Advisory – Bayne & Mackintosh Street – Manhole Maintenance
(August 5, 2022) On Sunday, August 7, from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Halifax Water crews will be on-site working to repair sanitary and storm manholes on Bayne and Mackintosh Street.
There will be stop-and-go traffic in the work area. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open.
This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
