Traffic Delays – Fall River & Riverlake District Lions Club Christmas Parade

The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists there may be some traffic delays in the Fall River area on Sunday, Dec. 1, as the Fall River and Riverlake District Lions Club Christmas Parade makes its way through the community.

The parade will begin at 5 p.m. at the Lockview High School parking lot, heading south on Lockview Road, then east on Fall River Road to the Sobeys parking lot. The entire event is expected to last about one hour.

RCMP will be on hand to help direct traffic during that time. Motorists should expect delays in the area and are advised to use alternative routes, if possible.
