12, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – Due to unforeseen circumstances with construction in the area, the traffic lights at the intersection of Windmill Road and Wright Avenue in Dartmouth are flashing red.
Crews are working to fix the problem, but in the meantime motorists should treat that intersection as a four-way stop. The lights are expected to be operating normally by noon today, Aug. 12.
Motorists are encouraged to drive carefully. The Halifax Regional Municipality apologizes for any inconvenience this unexpected outage may cause.
