Wednesday, December 18, 2013 – On Thursday, December 19, beginning at 9:00 a.m.

, weather permitting, there will be traffic signals installed at the intersection on Caldwell Road at the Cole Harbour Road / Portland Street intersection. Traffic signals will be shut off and stop and go traffic will begin at 9:00 am and continue for the remainder of the day.

Motorists should expect delays and are requested to find alternate routes. HRM apologizes in advance for any inconvenience these delays may cause.
