Traffic signals shut down at Duffus & Lady Hammond

The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that electrical maintenance will require the signals to be shut down at the intersection of Duffus Street and Lady Hammond Road on Wednesday, September 2.

Crews will be on site from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Stop-and-go traffic will be in place while work is underway.

Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.

Your patience is appreciated while this work is completed.

Construction During COVID-19: Construction crews will strive to maintain physical distancing measures, however, residents may see workers within two metres of each other while completing certain tasks which aligns with the exemptions outlined in the Provincial Health Order. If approaching construction crews, residents are asked to provide at least two metres of physical distancing.
