Tweens! Tweens! Tweens!

I have two tweens. Tweens are kids who are not quite teens but like to act them.

I can tell you that most days, it’s really hard to impress tweens. Today, I was able to impress my two.

It was an event (literally)!

We went to see Tween Stars Live in Halifax and had a really great time.

It’s also hard to impress Mom’s but the actors today totally impressed me. They were really interactive with the audience and kind to each other. They danced and sang with the kids, responded to their questions and played fun games on stage with the kids.

After the show, we went to the meet and greet to meet the seven actors (all stars of Disney and Nickelodeon shows )who took to the stage earlier in the day. Again, they impressed me with their interest in the kids and their friendly personalities.

So it was a good day. My tweens were impressed, I was happy and even their Dad enjoyed the show (yes, we made him come too)!
