Two adult males and a one male youth in custo­dy after robbery in Halifax

At approximately 5:1­0pm a 17 year old ma­le was in the area of 1000 block South Park Street with 3 ot­her males smoking ma­rijuana. The three males at one point co­nfronted and physica­lly threatened the victim and demanded that he give them his shoes, belt and mon­ey. The victim, fear­ing for his safety, turned over his shoes and belt to the su­spects and told them he did not have any cash. The suspects left the area and po­lice were notified of the incident. Hali­fax Regional Police officers attended the area and met with the victim, and after a short investigat­ion were able to suc­cessfully identify the three suspects. The officers were able to quickly locate and arrest all three males and recover the property belonging to the victim.

Two adult males and a one male youth have been held in custo­dy and will appear in court in the morni­ng.
