At 1:47 p.m. West Patrol Officers were called to a home under construction on Sedgewick Place after an employee located two youths on the premises.
By the time officers arrived, one of the youths had fled the scene. Officers arrested a 14-year-old boy at the scene and later located and arrested a 12-year-old boy. It is alleged that this incident is connected with other similar breaks in that area.
The investigation is on-going and officers are working with the complainants, suspects and their parents.
