Two charged with impaired driving after collision between ATV and SUV, Terrence Bay, N.S.

Halifax District RCMP were called to a collision between an ATV and a SUV near the 1200 block of Terence Bay Rd. The collision occurred when a ATV, which was being driving illegally on the roadway, collided with a white SUV trying to make a turn into a driveway.

The collision occurred when a ATV, which was being driving illegally on the roadway, collided with a white SUV trying to make a turn into a driveway.

At the scene, RCMP arrested the 54-year old woman driver of the SUV for impaired driving. She is from Terence Bay area. She was transported to the Tantallon RCMP Office where she provided breath samples over the legal limit. She was charged with impaired driving and will appear in court on March 26th, 2015.

The driver of the ATV, a 32-year-old man from Williamswood, was transported to QEII Hospital with non life-threatening injuries. He was arrested for impaired driving.
