Two Face Charges Following Search – Port Hawkesbury

As part of an ongoing investigation, Inverness District RCMP and Nova Scotia Sheriff Services executed a search warrant Friday March 4 at a home in Port Hawkesbury. As a result, RCMP seized cocaine, oxycodone, hydromorphone, and marihuana.

Forty-year-old Walter Hinkley, Port Hawkesbury, was charged with:

  • Trafficking Cocaine
  • Possession of Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking
  • Possession of Stolen Property Under $5,000

Thirty-year-old Crystal Timmons, also of Port Hawkesbury was charged with:

  • Trafficking Cocaine and Hydromorphone
  • Possession of Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking
  • Possession ofOxycodone

Both are scheduled to appear in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court on April 25, 2016.

The investigation is ongoing.
