One person faces drug charges after an arrest last night in Dartmouth.
At 11:40 p.m., officers assigned to the East Quick Response Unit
conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Windmill Road of a vehicle
believed to be involved in the drug trade. The driver was arrested and a
search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of a quantity of crack

sale of drugs.
Forty-seven-year-old Christopher James Charter faces three counts of
drug possession for the purpose of trafficking. He is scheduled to
appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court today on these charges.
