Yarmouth Town RCMP are investigating a case of Arson at a local restaurant.
At approximately 12:50 a.m. this morning, Yarmouth Town RCMP, along with the Yarmouth Fire Department, responded to a small fire at a restaurant in the 100 block of Starrs Rd.
in Yarmouth. The fire was quickly extinguished and no one was injured.
Two men, ages 21 and 23, from Yarmouth were arrested a short time after the fire. The men are being held in custody and are facing charges of Arson with Disregard for Human Life. They will be appearing in Yarmouth Provincial Court on August 4, 2015.
The investigation is continuing.
