Ultramar Station on Herring Cove Road robbed


Police are investigating a robbery early this morning on Herring Cove Road.

From HRPD:

At 0325 hrs there was a robbery reported at the Ultramar Station, 173 Herring Cove Rd. A lone male approached the drive thru window and handed the clerk a note saying "that he had a gun and demanded money and cigarettes".  There was no gun observed. The male received cigarettes and a quantity of cash and fled on foot. No injuries to the clerk.
Matter still under investigation.
