Uncommon Grounds is a culmination of years of coffee and coffee house research around the world. We strive to deliver the world’s finest selection of coffee and other beverages in comfortable, neighbourhood setting. At Uncommon Grounds we strive to bring you fresh, innovative food using the best ingredients available. Our coffees are all small batch roasted right here in Nova Scotia. Our baked goods are all made from scratch daily in our bakeries.

We are passionate about our coffee and hope you enjoy our selection. Our coffees are all small batch roasted right here in Nova Scotia to provide the freshest coffee to our customers. Our signature “Fog Burner” is a blend of Guatemalan, Costa Rican, & Kenyan coffees roasted to a rich dark level.

Everything we sell is baked fresh from scratch in our own kitchen.  Starting with only the highest quality ingredients, we invite you to come back often to see what our talented bakery team has created.

About Our Lunch Offering
As with our baked goods, all our soups and sandwiches are made from scratch using the freshest ingredients. Many of our soups are vegetarian and we generally have two soups on every day. Using the highest quality meats and cheeses and freshly baked breads we hope you enjoy our sandwich offering which varies from day to day.
