The HRP/RCMP Integrated Major Crime Unit (MCU) is releasing the name of the man who was found at Oakfield Provincial Park.
Mr. Matthew Anthony Penny, 26, of Dartmouth has been identified as the victim of a homicide.
The matter remains under investigation.
