RCMP are advising the name of the diver whose body was recovered in Dingwall-Aspy Bay is John ‘Craig’ Lowe of Mississauga, Ontario.

Correction: His body was recovered 40 feet from his boat, 900 feet from
shore, in water that was approximately 12-15 feet deep.
