Update: Doyle Block, Spring Garden Rd, #Halifax.                                                

Here are four updated renderings of the Doyle Block project by Westwood Developments. This building will take up the entire block that is bordered by Spring Garden Rd, Queen St, Doyle St, and, Brunswick St. Demolition of the existing buildings is currently underway and the expected completion date of this development is December 2017. The project is valued at $60 million and is calling for a seven storey mixed-use building, with retail space on the ground level and a mix of residential units. Westwood is also proposing a rooftop restaurant as part of this proposal which would be located on the west side of the building and have a rooftop patio overlooking Spring Garden and Queen St.
