Traffic Advisory – Windsor Street – Water Main Upgrade
(July 10, 2023) Halifax Water is advising motorists that from July 19 to 23, there will be stop-and-go traffic on Windsor Street, Halifax, between Young Street and Liverpool Street. On July 24, this area will be closed to all traffic for a period of approximately two weeks. There will be a detour in place around this closure. Sidewalks and crosswalks will remain open. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
