Update: Pavilion, and Curve Towers, South Park St. #Halifax
Last week the crane went up for the two tower development at the corner of Sackville and South Park St in Halifax. The 17-floor condo tower on the corner was named “Pavilion”, earlier this year, and now Southwest has named the second tower, “Curve”. The southern tower will have 205 rental units and 10,000 sq/ft of ground level retail space. The new YMCA will take 70,000 sq/ft of the Pavilion tower.
