Update : Police release last known location of homicide victim, Halifax Regional Municipality, N.S.

The HRP/RCMP Integrated Major Crime Unit (MCU) is releasing the last known location of the homicide victim found at Oakfield Provincial Park on January 1st. Matthew Anthony Penney, 26, was last seen in the north end of Dartmouth on New Years Eve.

Matthew Anthony Penney, 26, was last seen in the north end of Dartmouth on New Years Eve.

The matter remains under investigation.
