Road Construction – Portland Street

Location: Portland Street from Lakefront Road to Manor Drive

Time: 9 a.m. to noon

Work details: This work is to facilitate asphalt repair. This work is a result of ongoing road construction projects in support of the 2021-25 Regional Council Strategic Priorities Plan<www.halifax.ca/sites/default/files/documents/city-hall/budget-finances/2021%20StrategicPrioritesPlan_Final.pdf> to establish a safe and accessible integrated mobility network.

Traffic impact: Lane drops with occasional stop-and-go traffic will be in place while work is underway. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to take alternative routes whenever possible.
