Traffic Delay – Beaver Bank Road, at the intersection of Millwood Drive and Stokil Drive Location: On Beaver Bank Road, at the intersection of Millwood Drive and Stokil Drive Date: Friday, June 10 to Friday, June 17, 2022 Monday, June 20 to Thursday, June 23 Time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Work details: This work is for traffic signal installation. This project supports the 2021-25 Regional Council Strategic Priorities Plan<www.halifax.ca/sites/default/files/documents/city-hall/budget-finances/2021%20StrategicPrioritesPlan_Final.pdf> to establish a safe and accessible integrated mobility network. Traffic impact: During this work there will be lane drops with occasional stop and go traffic. At times, the traffic signals will be shut down and traffic control personnel will be in place to direct traffic, pedestrians and bicycles. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible. On Thursday, June 16 and Friday, June 17, traffic signals will be shut down during working hours. During this time, traffic control personnel will be in place to direct traffic, pedestrians, and cyclists. –
