Pictou County District RCMP has arrested a man who fled from police and dragged an officer on February 25, 2017.
Friday night, RCMP arrested an 18-year-old Pictou County man without incident who will be facing charges of the following:
· Assault on Police Officer
· Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle
· Operation of Motor Vehicle While Being Pursued by Police
· Driving Motor Vehicle While License Suspended
The Pictou County man was released from custody and scheduled to appear in Pictou Provincial Court on May 1, 2017 at 9:30 a.m.
