The man seriously injured in the crash in Seaforth has died.

Ralph Leaman-Goldworthy, 50, was seriously injured when he was the driver involved a single vehicle crash on Highway 207 last Friday.

As a result of the crash, the vehicle ended up in the water on its roof. He was transported to hospital in critical condition. Over the weekend, he regretfully succumbed to his injuries.

The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
