Police will be following up information obtained from the public. The headstone is believed to be from the Fairview Cemetery. Police will be returning the property to officials from the cemetery upon completion of the investigation.

On Thursday September 19th, at approximately 12:00 p.m., a headstone was located behind a recycling shop near Highway 7 and Maclaughlin Road. Police have been unable to determine the location from where the headstone was removed.
The family name on the stone is ‘Cuthbert’ with the names Andrew T 1891-1961 and Catherine E 889-1966.
RCMP are requesting the assistance of the public in locating the location that this stone may have come from so police can return it to the proper place.
