Here is an updated rendering of the Alexander development on Lower Water St which is now under construction with excavation of the site beside the Alexander Keith’s brewery.
This will be a rental building owned by Killam Properties and will feature 240 apartment units, 6,200 square feet of retail space and 230 underground parking spots. This is only phase one of the development, and phase two will see a smaller, 50 unit building be built near the corner of Hollis and Bishop St, behind this new tower. It is expected to be completed in early 2017.
