Update: Willow Tree Tower – Quinpool and Robie St.

There has been another major redesign in the proposal for 6009/6017 Quinpool Road which is now being called “Willow Tree Tower”. The developers decided to change the design to one building instead of two, and increase the height of the tower to 29 floors.
Now the proposed tower will have 209 residential units, 199 underground parking spaces and over 10,000 sq feet of commercial space on the ground floor. Armco is also applying to have a rooftop restaurant for the top floor of the building but may have to settle with a penthouse unit if not approved.
