UPDATE: Woman and man face numerous charges after robberies

A woman and a man from Halifax are to appear in Halifax Provincial Court today to face numerous charges in relation robberies that occurred January 16 in Halifax.

Eighteen-year-old Florangie Moncayo-Adams of Halifax is charged with two counts robbery and one count each of home invasion, theft over $5000 and possession of stolen property over $5000. Twenty-three-year-old Gregory Hayes of Halifax is charged with two counts each of robbery, home invasion, assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon and breach of court orders and one count each of using an imitation firearm during an offence, threats, harassment, theft over $5000 and possession of stolen property over $5000. The second man noted in the release below was released without charges.
