Updated artist rendering for the proposed Cunard Block redevelopment by Southwest Properties on the Halifax Waterfront. This development has gone through many design stages but now is ready to be presented to the Design Review Committee at City Hall in the next few weeks. This project will cost the developer around $75 million to build and it is expected to be condos with commercial space on the ground level.
