Here are two new renderings of the proposed development from Dexel Developments Limited at 6030 Pepperell St. This property is currently vacant and is bordered by Pepperrell St, Robie St, and Shirley St. No official proposals have been submitted to the city at this point. Based on the renderings it looks to have 12 floors on the North side, with a step down to 5 and 4 floors on the South and South West sides facing Shirley St.
