W.M. Fares has released three new artist renderings for his proposed 7 storey mixed-use development on the corner of South and Hollis St. This project was originally named “The Wallis” but the name has been changed to simply “South + Hollis”. There will be commercial space along the ground floor, 63 residential units and 66 underground parking spots.
