Updated Proposal: The Maristella, King’s Wharf #Dartmouth

Here is an updated proposal for the highly anticipated “Iconic Tower” at King’s Wharf. It will be called “The Maristella” and will be 36 floors high with a total height just under 110m. This will be the tallest building in Halifax/ Dartmouth when complete. This building will include a hotel, indoor swimming pool, residential units and two floors of penthouses. Construction is expected to begin in the fall of 2017 and occupancy available near the end of 2019.
