Here is an updated rendering of the Alexander development on Lower Water St. WSP has submitted some proposed amendments to the city and they are changes for the form, recessing and floor areas of the top levels of the tower, including the mechanical penthouse. Also, changes to the ground-floor level to replace an architectural turret feature with a “contemporary corner-entrance design.”
