Updated Rendering – Young/ Windsor St. development

Here is an updated rendering for the proposed development at the corner of Young and Windsor St. This proposal calls for a 21 storey mixed-use, 16 storey mixed-use and 5 story commercial/office building at the North-East corner of the intersection which is currently vacant.

If approved, this development would have a total of 329 residential units, 48 above ground parking spots and 520 underground parking spots.Between the two towers, and the commercial/office building, there will be over 85,000 sq/ft of office and commercial space in this proposed development.
