Vehicle out of control on Bedford Highway

A single vehicle was observed by police driving out bound on the Bedford Highway near Meadowbrook Drive at 12:40 a.m. at a high rate of speed.

The vehicle left the road smashing into a fence and a deck of a business near the 1200 block of the Bedford Highway. The driver, an adult male and the only occupant in the vehicle, has been taken to hospital for treatment of non life threatening injuries and will be charged with dangerous driving.
